Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Sharm el-Sheikh

My family vacation was quite frustrating at this hotel. While I appreciated the kind and professional staff I encountered, the overall experience was far from ideal. The check-in process was inefficient, and our rooms were not ready nor adequately prepared. The dining options were limited and the food quality was poor. However, the beach access and service from some staff members stood out as positives.

I had an amazing vacation at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, and the animation team, especially Polina, made my stay special. The food was delightful, and everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the pools was spotless. The only downside was that I wish there were a bit more variety in the dining options in the evening. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The beach was gorgeous and the atmosphere was so enjoyable. The staff really went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, though we did have a couple of issues with our rooms at first. Once we got upgraded, everything was fantastic.
